What ages do you serve?

Infants through Pre-K, with after-school and summer programs for children up to age 12. 

What are your hours?

Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (please arrive by 9:00 a.m.)

Are you accredited?

Yes. Wesley is a 2-star Texas Rising Star center. 

What curriculum do you use?

A play-based program using Frog Street Early Childhood Curriculum, with Conscious Discipline® for social-emotional learning, plus STEAM activities. Elements of Texas School Ready are integrated as children grow. 

How is Wesley connected to a church?

Wesley School is part of Restore Austin United Methodist Church and governed by an appointed advisory board that meets regularly with the Director.

Do you accept CCS (Child Care Services)?

Yes, CCS is proudly accepted for qualifying families. 

What’s the daily approach in the classroom?

Balanced child-led exploration and teacher-guided experiences; indoor/outdoor play; individual, small-group, and large-group learning that supports the whole child (social, emotional, physical, academic). 

What’s your arrival policy?

Families are asked to arrive by 9:00 a.m. and to sign in/out daily (Brightwheel and kiosk; CCS requires both). Contact the school if you’ll be late or absent. 

What’s your late pick-up policy?

Please plan pick-up by 5:45 p.m.; late fees begin after 6:01 p.m. 

Do children nap/rest?

Yes. A supervised rest time follows lunch; infants follow safe-sleep practices and nap on demand. 

Do you provide meals?

Families bring lunch and snack (breakfast is 7:00–8:00 a.m. if needed). 

What is your screen-time policy?

No screens for under-twos; older children are limited (and only when instructionally appropriate). 

How do you handle security and safety?

Cameras are used throughout the facility; exterior doors use key-fob access with clear usage rules; staff meet state training and licensing standards. 

Do you offer transportation or field trips?

Yes—transportation for after-schoolers and approved field trips (trained drivers, per policy). 

When is the school closed or released early?

How do we enroll?

Complete the Enrollment Form and provide required documents (e.g., immunizations, authorized pick-ups). The tuition page lists registration/supply/waitlist fees.
