Wesley Family Resource Center

Community resources are important because families sometimes need support beyond what a school can provide. Having trusted resources in one place makes it easier for families to find help with health, nutrition, child care, development, and other family needs.

Wesley School is here to support our families. Many of the resources on this page are also available in our Parent Resource Binder at the school.

If you need help finding a resource, please reach out to us. We are happy to listen, help you find information, and connect your family with community resources and solutions.
